A technology partner built to be answerable
Acceron Technologies (Private) Limited is a privately owned IT services company, founded in Lahore in 2014 and profitable every year since 2016. We are 185 permanent specialists in one delivery centre, and we take no external investment — so the only people we answer to are our clients and each other.

Founded on an argument about fixed prices
In 2014, three engineers at a Lahore software house kept losing the same internal argument. They believed complex software could be quoted as a fixed price if you did the discovery work honestly first. Their employer believed hourly billing was the only responsible model — which was convenient, because hourly billing paid better when projects ran long.
They left, took a small logistics client with them, and delivered a warehouse system for the figure they had quoted. Then they did it again. By 2016 there were twenty-five of them and Acceron was profitable — a position it has held every year since.
The argument turned out to be about more than pricing. Quoting a fixed price forces you to understand the problem before you commit, to say no to scope that will not pay for itself, and to staff the work with people senior enough to be right the first time. Everything distinctive about how Acceron operates follows from that one commercial decision.
Twelve years on, we are 185 permanent specialists in a single delivery centre in Johar Town, Lahore, serving clients in more than 40 cities across Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and Islamabad. We are still privately owned, still take no external investment, and still quote fixed prices — including the ones we occasionally lose money on, because a quote you can revise is not a quote.
Our mission
To make enterprise-grade engineering accessible to organisations that need it but cannot absorb the risk of getting it wrong.
That means fixed commercial terms, senior people, and an outcome measured in the client’s own numbers — not in hours billed or features shipped.
Our vision
A technology industry where the supplier carries the risk of their own estimates.
We want fixed-price, outcome-linked delivery to be the normal way serious software gets bought — and we intend to keep proving it is commercially viable at every scale, from a two-week assessment to a multi-year programme.

Six principles that decide arguments
Values are only useful when they resolve a real disagreement. These are the ones we actually reach for — usually when someone wants to ship faster than we can ship safely.
Engineering integrity
We build things properly, or we say why we cannot. Tested, documented and conventional beats clever and undocumented every time — especially on the day someone else has to change it.
Outcome obsession
Shipping is not the goal; a changed business metric is. If a feature will not move the number we agreed, we will tell you before we build it, not after.
Uncomfortable honesty
We report bad news early and in plain English. Every client gets the same account of a project that we give our own board, including the parts that reflect badly on us.
Security by default
Least privilege, encrypted by default, secrets never in source control, dependencies scanned continuously. The secure path is the easy path in every project we run.
Craft in the open
We work in your repositories, your channels and your ceremonies. Knowledge transfers as we go, so your team gets stronger rather than more dependent on us.
A sustainable pace
No heroics, no all-nighters, no quality traded for a date nobody believed in. Rested engineers write better software and stay long enough to know your systems well.
How it actually works here
Clients ask about our culture for one practical reason: they want to know whether the team on their project will still be there in eighteen months. Voluntary attrition was 6.8% last year, and the average tenure of an Acceron engineer is 4.6 years.
Four-day fortnight of deep work
Every other Friday is meeting-free across the whole company, reserved for learning, internal tooling and the improvements that never fit into a sprint.
A learning budget people actually spend
A funded learning allowance per person each year plus five paid study days, with certification fees covered in full. 96% of the budget was used last year.
Hybrid, not performative
Two anchor days a week at our Johar Town office, the rest wherever you work best. Every meeting is documented so colleagues working remotely are never second-class.
Mentoring in both directions
Every engineer has a mentor and a mentee. Senior staff learn current practice; joiners get a named person whose job includes their progress.
No heroics culture
Out-of-hours work is on-call, rostered, paid and rare. If a project needs a weekend, that is a planning failure we review rather than a sacrifice we celebrate.
Open internal metrics
Utilisation, margin, pipeline and client satisfaction are shared with everyone every month. People make better decisions when they can see the numbers.
185 specialists, and where they sit
We publish the shape of our team because it is the honest answer to “can you actually do this?”. If a discipline is thin, we will tell you and recommend someone else rather than learn on your budget.

The controls that make fixed prices possible
You cannot commit to a price if your delivery quality is variable. These six controls are audited under our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, and they apply to a two-week assessment exactly as they apply to a multi-year programme.
Two-reviewer code policy
No change reaches production without review by two engineers, one of whom must be outside the authoring squad. Enforced by branch protection, not goodwill.
Automated quality gates
Every pull request runs unit, integration and accessibility tests, static analysis, dependency vulnerability scanning and licence checks. A red gate blocks the merge.
Definition of done, in writing
Tested, documented, monitored, accessible, secure and deployed to staging. A story is not done because it works on a laptop.
DORA metrics published
Deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate and time to restore are measured per client and shown in every service review.
Independent security review
Our security practice reviews the delivery practice, never the other way round. Findings go to the client and to our board unedited.
Post-incident review, blame-free
Every P1 gets a written review within five working days, shared with the client, covering timeline, root cause and the specific changes made.
Data protection built into the delivery method
Working with an offshore engineering partner should not weaken your compliance position. Acceron Technologies (Private) Limited acts as a processor for client personal data under written GDPR Article 28 terms, works inside your cloud tenancy in the region you nominate, and has a named Data Protection Officer reachable directly at [email protected].
Zero
Personal data breaches requiring notification to a supervisory authority in twelve years of operation, across 320 delivered platforms and clients in 24 countries.
A named Data Protection Officer accountable to the board, reachable directly at [email protected].
Written data processing agreements carrying GDPR Article 28 terms issued as standard with every contract, before any personal data is shared.
Data residency you choose and we contract to — your own cloud tenancy in the Pakistani region you nominate. Acceron does not hold a copy elsewhere.
Any cross-border transfer a client requires is made under Standard Contractual Clauses, supported by a documented transfer risk assessment.
Privacy by design in the delivery method: data minimisation, purpose limitation, retention schedules and pseudonymisation reviewed at architecture sign-off.
Data Protection Impact Assessments prepared for every AI and analytics engagement involving personal data, at no additional cost.
Sub-processors listed, assessed annually and named in your agreement. You are notified in writing 30 days before any change and may object.
Breach notification to your named contact within 24 hours of detection — well inside the 72-hour obligation your own regulator places on you.
Engineers work in your tenancy against pseudonymised data wherever the task allows; production access is time-boxed, approved per request and fully logged.
Annual data protection training completed by 100% of staff, with role-specific modules for engineers handling production data.
Measured, reduced, then reported
Our environmental management system is certified to ISO 14001:2015 and our emissions are independently verified each year against a 2022 baseline. We publish the reduction, not just the ambition — which matters more in a market where grid supply is unreliable.
Net zero by 2032
Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions measured annually against a 2022 baseline and independently verified, with a published reduction pathway rather than offsets alone.
47% reduction achieved since 2022
Carbon-aware engineering
Workloads scheduled into lower-carbon grid windows and regions where latency permits. Efficiency targets are part of our architecture review checklist.

Four numbers we would rather be judged on
Anyone can claim to be trusted. These are the four measures that would be embarrassing to publish if they were not true, so they are the four we publish.

Reportable data breaches, ever
Twelve years, 320 platforms and no personal data breach requiring notification to a supervisory authority. We intend to keep it that way.
Come and meet the people who would do the work
Before you commit to anything, we will introduce you to the architect and engineers who would be on your project — not an account manager who hands you over after signature. Thirty minutes, no obligation.
