Who we are

An engineering partner for organisations that cannot afford to guess

Acceron Technologies (Private) Limited was founded in Lahore in 2014 by three engineers who were tired of watching good projects fail for predictable reasons: scope nobody had agreed, teams swapped out after signature, and costs that only became clear once it was too late to stop.

Twelve years later we are 185 people in one delivery centre, and the answer to those problems is still the whole company. Fixed prices in writing. Senior engineers only. A measurable business outcome agreed before the first sprint, reported on in every review — including the reviews that go badly.

Today we build custom software, cloud platforms, mobile products and AI automation for clients in 24 countries — across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and North America — and we run the resulting systems around the clock for those who would rather we did.

A consultancy that ships

Strategy and delivery under one roof. The architects who write the plan lead the build, so nothing is lost between a slide deck and production.

Built for international clients

Clients in 24 countries, contracted in your jurisdiction where needed. Your data stays in the cloud region you nominate — we work inside your tenancy, not ours.

Senior by default

185 permanent specialists, 9.4 years average experience, no subcontracted delivery. You meet the actual team before you sign anything.

“We measure ourselves on one thing: whether the number we agreed at the start actually moved.”

Marcus Ellery, Founder & Chief Executive

Why choose Acceron

Six commitments we put in the contract

Every technology supplier claims quality, partnership and transparency. These are the specific, checkable versions of those claims — and the numbers we report against.

Fixed prices, written in pounds

Every phase is quoted as a fixed fee in Pound Sterling against a defined scope, with a written change-control process. You approve the cost before work starts.

91% of engagements delivered within the agreed budget

Senior engineers only

No junior bench, no bait-and-switch after contract signature. The architects who scope your work are the ones who build it, and you meet them before you commit.

9.4 years average engineering experience

A working day that overlaps yours

Pakistan Standard Time covers a full working day with Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, and reaches North American mornings. One delivery centre, one named team, and rostered on-call for round-the-clock incident cover.

Clients in 24 countries, 11 minutes median first response

Security is not a phase

ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified. Threat modelling, secrets management and dependency scanning are in every sprint, not a pre-launch scramble.

ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II certified

Outcomes we agree in advance

We define the commercial measure before we start — cost per transaction, hours returned, conversion rate, availability — and report against it in every review.

Average 6.2× return on engagement value

Radical transparency

Live delivery dashboards, fortnightly demos and honest reports that include what slipped and why. You will never learn about a problem from an invoice.

4.9 / 5 average client satisfaction score

What we do

Eight practices, one accountable team

Each practice is led by a named principal and staffed by permanent Acceron engineers. Prices below are genuine starting points in Pound Sterling, excluding VAT — not indicative ranges that triple after discovery.

Industries served

Sector knowledge that shortens discovery

We have delivered in these eight sectors often enough to know the regulations, the integration points and the questions your compliance team will ask — which means less time spent explaining your own business to us.

Technologies we work with

Mainstream tools, chosen for the problem

We deliberately favour widely adopted, well-supported technology over anything novel. It means you can hire for it, another supplier can maintain it, and we are not the only people on earth who understand your system.

  • TypeScript
  • React 19
  • Next.js
  • Vue 3
  • Angular
  • Astro
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Material UI
  • Storybook
  • Playwright
Our delivery process

Six stages, and you can stop after any of them

This is the same method whether the engagement is £6,000 or £680,000. Each stage produces something you own and could hand to another supplier — which is deliberate, because a client who cannot leave is not a client who chose to stay.

    Discover & define

    1–4 weeks

We map how the work actually happens today, measure the baseline we intend to improve, and agree in writing what success will be worth in pounds.

    • Stakeholder interviews across every affected team
    • Process and data mapping, including the workarounds
    • Technical due diligence on existing systems

    • Prioritised backlog with effort and value estimates
  2. 02

    Architect & design

    2–4 weeks

The domain model, integration contracts, security model and interface design are agreed and prototyped before any production code is written.

You receive: Signed-off architecture, prototype and non-functional acceptance criteria

    • Domain model and API contract definition
    • Threat modelling and security control selection
    • Non-functional targets: performance, availability, accessibility

    • Infrastructure and environment design
  3. 03

    Build in sprints

    6–16 weeks

Two-week sprints, each ending in a working increment you can use, with a demo, test evidence and a written report — including anything that slipped.

Client testimonials

What the people who signed the contract say

Every review below comes from a named client contact and relates to work completed in the last three years. Our average rating across 87 reviews is 4.9 out of 5.

Twelve days to thirty-eight hours, and the compliance team is happier rather than nervous. What sold it internally was that Acceron built the evaluation set from our own historic cases first, so we could see the accuracy before we trusted a single live client to it.

Rajiv Menon

Chief Technology Officer, Meridian Wealth Partners

Singapore · AI & Intelligent Automation

We had been quoted three years and seven figures to replace our transport management system. Acceron retired it depot by depot over eleven months without losing a delivery window, and the cost-per-pallet reporting paid for phase one on its own.

Eleanor Whitfield

Chief Operating Officer, Northbridge Logistics

Leeds, United Kingdom · Custom Software Development

Our category pages went from 9.4 seconds to under one. Mobile conversion is up 34% and my merchandising team now runs promotions themselves without raising a ticket. I have worked with four agencies on this platform; this is the first one that measured anything.

Lena Hoffmann

Director of Digital, Halden Retail Group

Hamburg, Germany · Web Development & Digital Platforms

Every other supplier wanted to build us two systems, one for the UAE and one for the UK. Acceron partitioned the data properly inside one platform and presented the architecture to our clinical governance board in person. That decision saved us the best part of a year.

Dr Aisha Rahman

Chief Medical Information Officer, Verity Health

Dubai, United Arab Emirates · Mobile App Development

Our previous provider closed tickets. Acceron closed problems. Recurring incidents are down 46% in a year because somebody actually roots-causes them, and I get a monthly report that tells me what they missed as well as what they hit.

Tom Ashworth

IT Director, Calderstone Manufacturing

Sheffield, United Kingdom · Managed IT Support

The penetration test was thorough, but the difference was that their engineers then fixed the findings alongside my team rather than handing me a 90-page PDF. We closed every critical and high item in three weeks and passed ISO 27001 first time.

Sofia Marchetti

VP Engineering, Ardenta Insurance

Milan, Italy · Cyber Security

We asked for an independent view on whether to build or buy, fully expecting to be sold a build. Acceron recommended buying, told us which product and why, and priced the integration. That honesty is why they now run our cloud platform.

Daniel Okoye

Group Finance Director, Brightwater Energy

Amsterdam, Netherlands · IT Consulting & Technology Strategy

Our cloud bill had grown 60% in a year and nobody could explain it. Acceron produced a cost model per product line in three weeks and took £38,000 a month out of our spend without touching performance. The FinOps review is now a standing item.

Priyanka Shah

Head of Platform Engineering, Loxwell Digital
